Monthly payment option for Super Visa Insurance?

Option of monthly payments

As part of our Visitors to Canada Emergency Medical Insurance Plans, we introduced a Monthly Payment Option (MPO). It makes emergency medical coverage convenient and equal monthly payments available to all visitors to Canada. The Monthly Payment Option requires you to purchase a policy for 365 or more travel days with a minimum sum insured of $100,000. A non-refundable $50 Billing Fee will be collected on the application date of the policy. Two-month's premium will also be collected. We will apply this initial premium collected to the end of the monthly payment plan. When the policy begins, equal monthly payments will be charged to the credit card used when the purchase was made. Per the policy wording, prorated refunds less applicable administration fees may be given.

Super visa applicants should consider this option! Find out more here.

What the Canadian Super Visa is all about

2011 marked the introduction of the super visa by the Canadian government. Grandparents and parents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents are allowed to visit Canada on a multiple entry visa for stays of up to two years. The super visa has been granted to more than 20,000 people every year since it was introduced. The program is very popular with Indian, Chinese, Filipino, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi visitors.

In order to apply for the super visa, applicants (and travellers) must be in possession of proof of emergency medical coverage from a Canadian insurer. All policies must have a minimum insured amount of $100,000 for hospitalization, personal healthcare, and repatriation and must be valid for a minimum of one year.
